The human behind NovaFlow
I build systems.
I create worlds.
I work with my hands.
I’m Mike. I trained in industrial process automation, now work across backend and full-stack software, and have helped ship Unity games.

What I bring to the work
From circuits to software to worlds.
Backend & integrations
Async workflows, webhooks, retries, validation, and reliable reporting.
- C# / .NET
- Python
- FastAPI
- REST APIs
- Redis
- SignalR
- Docker
Interfaces & data
Admin panels, analytics, reusable components, and business data that makes sense.
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- React
- Next.js
- Lit / Polymer
- PostgreSQL
- Cosmos DB
Games & interactive worlds
Unity is my main game platform, including shipped work and technical leadership. I also work with Unreal Engine, Three.js, and Phaser.
- Unity / C#
- Unreal Engine
- Three.js
- Phaser
- WebGL
Electronics & automation
My training in industrial automation meets hands-on work with electrical diagrams, microcontrollers, lighting, and physical prototypes.
- PLC / SCADA
- Electrical schematics
- Arduino
- Microcontrollers
- LED / RGB(A)
- Real-neon signs
Visual craft & animation
Vector graphics, motion design, 2D and 3D animation, and character rigging bring another dimension to the work.
- Illustrator
- After Effects
- Photoshop
- Blender
- Vector graphics
- Motion design
- 2D / 3D animation
- Rigging
I’m deepening my Go skills and exploring AI agents and characters as ways to make systems more responsive.
How I think
How does it work?
What happens when someone acts?
In automation and backend work, I ask what can fail and how we’ll know. In an interface, I ask whether each action gets a clear, useful response. Reliable behavior and human feedback belong together.
Games taught me to think in resources, goals, feedback, and rewards. Those ideas help me turn routine work into progress someone can understand and own.
More than the work
I like ideas
you can touch.
Away from code, I build electronics, experiment with light, and have even made logotypes in real neon. Adventures, humor, and the people I meet matter to me, too.
